Before going off to college, I was under a lot of stress about which school to attend and how I was going to pay for it. Fortunately, Coach Trina provided me with a list of scholarships that I was eligible for and taught me how to be patient and trust the process. Once it was time to leave for school I found myself overwhelmed. There were many days where I cried on the phone to her. I just wanted to quit and move back home, but coach Trina refused to let that happen! She was there to listen to me when I didn't have anyone else to talk to. She provided me with reassurance and gave me the push I needed to continue to work. I don't know where I would be without Coach Trina, as cliché as that sounds, it's true! She reassures me whenever I need it and picks me up when I feel as though I'm at my lowest. If I ever need anything, I know she's one call away because she's that dedicated to what she does.
